Pegoland® Uno Plus C1 TE Tile Adhesive Grey 25 Kg
Tile adhesive made of mixed bonding agents with reduced sliding and expanded open time, for the placement of all types of ceramic pieces, porcelain tiles, granite and marble parts on interior and exterior pavement and interior coverings.
Composition
Product based on high resistance cement, selected aggregates, additives and synthetic resins, which give excellent bonding, good workability and resistance to ageing.
Features and applications
- To be applied on interior walls and floors or on exterior floors.
- Suitable for laying porcelain tiles in residential interior wall and floor coverings, for small and medium size tiles.
- Swimming pool facings.
- Suitable for all types of ceramic tiles, porcelain tiles, granite, marble and natural stone parts.
- No need to wet tiles or substrates thanks to its high water-retaining capacity.
- Long open time. Allows rectification.
- Reduced sliding. Excellent initial adherence.
Substrates
- Conventional cement-based substrates.
- Suitable for adhesion on all types of plasterboard drywalls.
- Suitable for gypsumboards substrate.
- Indoor ceramic cladding and flooring.
- Substrates must be resistant, stable, sound and clean, free of dust, demolding agents, organic products, etc.
- All substrates must have the appropriate flatness. Otherwise, smooth down up to 5 mm with the same product 48 hours prior to bonding. In case of greater thickness should be used:
- On floors: Depending on the particular need use NIVELAND 10R or PAVILAND SOLERA AUTONIVELANTE.
- On walls: mortars with adequate tensile strength with drying shrinkage already completed.
- In case of hot or windy weather conditions or when applying over absorbent substrates, it is advisable to wet the substrate and wait till the thin layer of water disappears.
- Do not apply on clay or on paint.
- On outdoor flooring, substrates must have a gradient equal or superior to 1%.
Packaging
25 kg plastic-lined paper bags.
Shelf life: 1 year in sealed original packaging, sheltered from weather conditions and humidity.
