1. Mapei Mapeflex PU S25 is a high-performance, rigid polyurethane-based sealant specially formulated for static and dynamic joints. It has an excellent adhesion on a variety of porous and non-porous surfaces, and is especially suitable for movement joints up to 25%. It is a multi-purpose, flexible, aesthetically pleasing, easy-to-apply product that also has excellent cleanup and anti-mould properties.

2. Mapeflex PU S25 is engineered to withstand extreme temperatures, UV radiation, and can even resist chemicals. It forms a waterproof seal while allowing the joint to move without any additional reinforcement or other primers. It is also suitable for interior and exterior surfaces and has a notably long lifespan.

3. Mapeflex PU S25 delivers superior adhesion in both humid and dry environments and is easy to apply. It is fully-formulated within the bottle, so there is no need to mix it; just cut and use. The product is solvent-free and contains no hazardous components, making it an excellent choice for various environments including busy construction sites.

4. Mapeflex PU S25 is mainly used for sealing between tiles, expansion joints in wood, plasterboards, metal and concrete. It is suitable for use in structural joints, construction joints, waterproofing systems and other applications.
